Bar Manager
We are looking for a Bar Manager to join our team and supervise our bar management.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the bar team, ensuring customer engagement, and maintaining service quality.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the overall management of the bar, including stock control, orders, and payments.
- Leading the bar team and ensuring a safe and respectful work environment.
- Training bar team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding alcohol and safety.
- Collaborating with the rest of the management team to maintain team cohesion and overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role.
- Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of beverages and cocktails, as well as alcohol standards and regulations.
- Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English (any additional language is a plus).
- Customer-oriented attitude and ability to provide exceptional service.
Working Conditions:
- 3-month fixed-term contract followed by a permanent contract.
- Full-time
- Variable hours (days and times to be agreed with the employer).
- Full-time: 09:00-17:00 or 17:00-00:00.
- Weekend work.
- Salary negotiable.
