Barman

We are looking for several bartenders / barmaids (M/F/X) to join our team.

Job description and responsibilities:

​

- Coffee, cocktails

- Bar supply

- Service (drinks, hot, cold, beers, etc.)

- No clearing

- Put in the dishwasher

- Taking orders, inventories, contacting suppliers

- Stock management

- Management of the fund

- Machine cleaning and maintenance

- Application of the regulations in force on the consumption of alcohol (minors)

Requirements:
 

- Soft skills (presentation)

- Organized, structured

- Teamwork

- Commercial sense

- Initiative

- Dynamic, (750 seats), manage stress and pressure

- Punctual and willing to work flexible hours

- Some experience behind a bar and wanting to improve

- Motivated and Smiling

- Eager to satisfy the customer

- Have a first experience as a bartender.

- Excellent command of French and having good knowledge of English (any additional language

is an asset)

- Any financial aid is an asset (activa.brussels, FPIE)

Terms:

​

CDD 3 months to start in order to consider CDI

Full-time

Variable hours (days and times to be agreed with the employer)

Full time: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Weekend work

Remuneration according to the scale
