Bar Manager

We are looking for a Bar Manager to join our team and oversee our bar when our new food market opens. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bar team, will be customer focussed and will stand for quality of service.

Job description:

​

- Oversee the overall management of the bar, including inventory management, orders and payments.

- Manage the bar team and ensure a safe and respectful working environment.

- Train members of the bar team to ensure quality service and a high standard of customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with local alcohol and safety regulations.

- Work in collaboration with the rest of the management team to maintain cohesion and overall team effectiveness.

Requirements:
 

- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar position.

- Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively with team members and customers.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- In-depth knowledge of drinks and cocktails, as well as et  standardsalcohol regulations.

- Excellent command of French and having good knowledge of English (any language additional is an asset).

- Customer focused attitude and ability to provide exceptional service.

 

Terms:

 

- CDD 3 months then CDI

- Full-time

- Variable hours (days and times to be agreed with the employer)

- Full time: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 12 a.m.

- Weekend work

- Salary to be negotiated
